About me

Hi, I’m Anna – a Holistic Health Practitioner and Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultant with a deep passion for gut health and neurodiversity.

My journey into holistic health began in my twenties after being diagnosed with cancer — despite living what I thought was a “healthy” lifestyle. I overcame it, believing that chapter was behind me. But in my thirties, life as a busy PR and marketing professional in high-pressure, global roles led me into burnout. I knew something wasn’t right, but I pushed through… until a second wave of cancer returned. That was the wake-up call I couldn’t ignore.

I realized I had to stop masking symptoms and start uncovering root causes. Through functional medicine, Ayurvedic wisdom, and a truly holistic approach, I entered remission — and reclaimed my health.

Today, I help others do the same.

As a practitioner, I have a special interest in working with women who carry too much on their shoulders — those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, and unsure how to heal. I also focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals — a topic close to my heart and lived experience, which I continue to explore and learn about every day.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my beautiful family — my husband and our wonderful son — enjoying slow mornings, nourishing food, and time in nature.
